Shipping policy

Free shipping on every US order. No minimum order value.

• Where we ship: All 50 US states. We currently do not ship to US territories, APO/FPO addresses or outside the United States.
• Processing time: Orders ship within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays).
• Delivery time: Usually 3–6 business days after your order ships.
• Tracking: You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.
• Address changes: Please email us at giroddenis.gmx.ch@icloud.com as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we can no longer change the address.
• Lost or delayed packages: If your tracking hasn't updated for 5 business days or your package hasn't arrived 10 business days after shipping, email us and we'll take care of it.
